Chinese tech giant Tencent has hired a new Washington lobbying firm to work on the Pentagon's list of Chinese military companies, months after four firms dropped it over a new defense contracting rule. Platinum Advisors DC reported $150,000 in third-quarter lobbying income from Tencent America, according to federal filings reviewed by The Digital Free Press.
