House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan and Rep. Darrell Issa have asked the Judicial Conference of the United States to review U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams of Miami, who sanctioned two of President Trump's lawyers in July after his $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS had been dismissed.
