Ballot scanners at polling places across Westchester County, N.Y., stopped accepting ballots Tuesday morning, according to the county Board of Elections, as reported by News 12 Westchester. Voters can still vote: poll workers are handing out paper ballots that go into sealed orange security bags, which officials say will be counted first after polls close. The cause has not been announced.
