A 27-year-old Honduran national who prosecutors say was in the country illegally is charged with assaulting federal officers after allegedly climbing onto his truck and repeatedly swinging a hammer at ICE officers during an Oct. 4 traffic stop in Gibbsboro, N.J. He appeared in Camden federal court Monday and faces up to 20 years if convicted.
