Federal prosecutors in Los Angeles say six more foreign nationals living in L.A. County registered to vote, voted, and then lied about it on their citizenship applications. The charges, announced the day before the Nov. 3 midterms, came the same day a second California federal district charged six other noncitizens with illegal voting.
