Detainees at ICE's El Paso tent facility were held an average of 108 hours in 2025, past the 72-hour limit in the standards ICE used there, DHS's inspector general says. The Oct. 26 report also found an unreported use of force, lost property and missed showers. ICE, which ended the contract in August 2025, neither agreed nor disagreed with six recommendations.
