Eric Lewis, accused of ambushing two Philadelphia police officers on Oct. 10, killing Officer Shane Seiber and wounding his partner, was indicted Thursday on five federal gun and robbery counts that carry up to life in prison. 'No one attacks law enforcement without facing the consequences,' the U.S. attorney said.
