The Justice Department says 13 defendants tied to nearly $83 million in intended losses have been charged, convicted or sentenced since Sept. 30 in a Minnesota fraud crackdown, including about $29.1 million in newly charged cases. Prosecutors say they have issued more than 1,000 subpoenas and executed more than 40 search warrants in Minnesota this year. Most new cases involve the state's Medicaid autism therapy program.
