Ten former Jan. 6 defendants, including Guy Reffitt, the first person convicted at a Jan. 6 jury trial, have filed a new lawsuit against the United States. They seek at least $1 million each under the Federal Tort Claims Act, according to a complaint filed Oct. 21 in federal court in Washington and reviewed by The Digital Free Press.
