Steven Crowder's company has gone to federal court over the "Change My Mind" sign. A lawsuit filed Monday in Fort Worth accuses CNN and Jubilee of copying Crowder's trademark and format at a town hall for Texas Senate candidate James Talarico, and asks for treble damages or up to $2 million per counterfeit mark. Crowder had said he was suing Talarico too, but Talarico is not named as a defendant. Here's what the complaint says.
