Judge Concedes 'Errors' in Order Barring DOJ From Warning Election Workers as Justice Department Seeks Emergency Ninth Circuit Stay
A San Francisco federal judge says her Oct. 30 order barring the Justice Department and DHS from warning election workers about ballots tied to suspected noncitizens contained "some errors" and will be modified. The Justice Department, calling the order "wrong multiple times over," has asked the Ninth Circuit for an emergency stay before Election Day.
