The parents of a nine-year-old girl who lived in Arkansas re-filed their Grok lawsuit against Elon Musk’s xAI on Oct. 13 in federal court in Fayetteville, alleging Grok was used to turn real photos of their daughter into sexually explicit images and videos. Taylor Knuth, the former executive director of Alliance for a Better Utah, is suing Kevin O'Leary and Fox News in federal court in Utah, alleging they repeatedly portrayed him on air as a paid Chinese Communist Party operative opposing O'Leary's Box Elder County data center. The Oct. 14 complaint seeks at least $300,000 per claim plus punitive damages. Fox read on-air corrections in June and July.
