French police have arrested a suspect in the fire that destroyed Limoges' historic city hall, as Paris and Lyon extend curfews after a weekend of riots. More than 2,500 people have been arrested, and Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu says a "massive" police operation will meet the next protest on Saturday.
