The New York Civil Liberties Union and a Syracuse poll worker sued DHS and ICE on Thursday under the Freedom of Information Act, seeking records about a June polling-place visit in which two agents gave her a "Warning Notice" over an Instagram post naming the ICE officer who shot Renee Good. The suit also seeks records on a screenshot DHS gave the Associated Press, which it says may not be authentic.
