British counter-terror police have re-arrested two men on suspicion of assisting a foreign intelligence service, saying the case relates to Iran. The arrests stem from a September incident near RAF Fairford, the English base the U.S. Air Force has used to fly bombers to the Middle East. Police say Iranian state involvement is "highly likely." No one has been charged.
