A Mexico City judge has been arrested in Colombia on U.S. charges that he took a $2 million bribe to release Andrew Clark, the alleged second-in-command of Ryan Wedding's cocaine network. The indictment says he ordered Clark freed the same day the full payment arrived, and the public copy blacks out the names of two co-defendants.
