Bob Livingston, once picked by House Republicans to be speaker, has registered to lobby for the U.S. holding company of a Venezuelan oil and construction firm on "the status of an oil field in Venezuela," according to a federal lobbying filing reviewed by The Digital Free Press. The filing also lists a St. Kitts and Nevis company contributing $25,000 to the effort.
