Virginia state Sen. L. Louise Lucas, the Senate's president pro tempore, was indicted Thursday with six others, including her two daughters and grandson, in an alleged marijuana racketeering conspiracy. Prosecutors say she used her office to shield the business. Lucas says she will not be intimidated.
